Dr Hassan was very polite, patient and helpful. He checked the X-ray results on my foot thoroughly and recommended to perform another minor operation to correct the deformation and the benefits were explained but I decided not to have it done as I was happy with the previous results. Dr Hassan respected my decision. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience and do not have any negative remarks.

I saw Dr Raza Hassan today at the fracture clinic in Barnet hospital, he was professional, friendly and responsive. He ensured I understood everything discussed in the consultation and listen to my responses attentively. Despite the busy clinic Mr Hassan made me feel he had plenty of time and did not try to rush me. Before the consultation finished he ensured that I remembered all the advice I had been given at my previous appointment, to facilitate the healing of my fracture. I was seen for the second time for review by Dr Hassan after an operation to clean and fuse my big toe joint after damage by arthritis. He has always seen me within minutes of arriving at the appointment time, has always been polite and friendly and put me at my ease. He has read my case notes and is aware of what is required. I have faith in his judgement and he has kept me fully informed throughout. Whilst I was still in the room, the letter was dictated to the GP so I have complete trust that every formality had been taken care of.

Dr. Hassan was very sympathetic and caring about my foot (broken while in London on holiday) and actually hand-wrote a letter for insurance and travel purposes, as we're flying back to Canada in 48 hours. He's very personable and professional - a great representative of the NHS, which we also found very impressive.
